Départ/Arrivée : Carrières LRM de Saturagues (entrée à partir du rond point de l'échangeur autoroute Lunel)

2 PARCOURS VTT
1 parcours VTT découverte 15 km :
Ce parcours est accessible à tous .
Que vous souhaitiez découvrir le VTT de nuit, que vous désiriez y participer en famille ou entre amis sans prendre de risque, ce parcours est fait pour vous.
1 Parcours VTT Sportif 28 km
Avec une première partie entièrement revue cette année, ce parcours est réservé à un public averti. Il comporte une alternance de passages physiques, techniques mais, aussi ludiques.
1 PARCOURS GRAVEL
Dès la sortie de la carrière, le parcours Gravel de 34 km traverse le secteur Ambrussum dans une ambiance de vestiges sous les pénombres. Gagnez ainsi les berges du Vidourle, puis sous une voute d'arbres majestueux, vous sillonnez sur un chemin blanc jusqu'à Massereau. Au niveau du Mas Blanc et de son étrange ambiance de "Louisiane", traversez le petit pont de fer et rejoignez la campagne d'Aubais-Congénies. Les regards blancs scintillants sont certainement ceux des taureaux curieux du passage des lucioles. Ils vous accompagneront jusqu'au plateau de Villetelle puis retour à la carrière LRM.

1 PARCOURS PEDESTRE (marche, trail, canicross)
Entièrement redessiné cette année, ce parcours est sans difficulté particulière mais, avec quand même un peu de dénivelé. D'une longueur d'environ 10 Km. Ce parcours vous fera découvrir autrement le site archéologique d'Ambrussum. Parcours réalisable en randonnée, marche nordique, trail et même canicross! Venez comme vous aimez!.

Article1 : Le prix de l’inscription est fixé à 10 € en ligne + 1,20 € de frais de plate-forme, et à 12€ le jour de la manifestation, gratuit pour les enfants accompagnés (- de 16 ans).. Un cadeau de bienvenue est offert à chaque participant et un barbecue ravito est proposé à l'arrivée

Article 3:
Départ/Arrivée : Carrières LRM de Saturagues (Parking fléché à partir du rond point de l'échangeur autoroute Lunel)
Horaires : Accueil à partir de17h00 - Départ: Gravel 18h00 - VTT Sportif 18h05 - Cani VTT 18h10 - VTT Découverte 18h15 - Pédestre : 18h20 .
La manifestation propose 2 parcours VTT : 1 parcours découverte de 15Km familial ouvert à tous, également au cani VTT et 1 parcours de 28 Km sportif, réservé à des pratiquants confirmés. Pour le Gravel : 1 parcours de 34 km en autonomie sans balisage avec une trace Gpx fournie. Pour les piétons : 1 parcours de 10 Km réalisable en marche, marche nordique, trail, canicross.
Article 4 : Le port d’un casque à coque rigide est obligatoire pour la pratique VTT et Gravel. Toute personne se présentant sans casque ne pourra pas prendre le départ.
Article 5 : Un éclairage adapté à chaque discipline est obligatoire. (Attention à l'autonomie! Prévoir un minimum de 4h pour avoir une marge de sécurité) Double éclairage fortement recommandé pour le VTT et le Gravel + feu arrière
Article 6 : Les organisateurs déclinent toute responsabilité en cas de vol ou de dégradation de matériel avant, pendant ou après la manifestation.
Article 7 : Les participants doivent respecter les règles du code de la route sur les parties du circuit empruntant les voies soumises à ce code.
Article 8 : Les participants s’engagent à respecter les décisions que pourraient prendre les organisateurs dans une situation d’urgence ou pour des modalités relatives à l’organisation de la manifestation. En cas de météo défavorable, la manifestation sera reportée au samedi suivant sous réserve des autorisations préfectorales reconduites. En cas d'annulation de la manifestation par les organisateurs, l'inscription est remboursée sur demande des participants à contact@lunelbike.com
Article 9 : Une autorisation parentale est obligatoire pour les mineurs. Les moins de 16 ans doivent être sous la responsabilité d’un adulte référent pendant tout le parcours.
Article 10 : Les participants (ou leur représentant légal) déclarent être aptes physiquement et psychologiquement à effectuer le parcours choisi. Aucun certificat médical ou licence n'est demandée. Les organisateurs ne pourront être tenus pour responsables en cas de défaillance du participant.
Article 11 : Les participants s'engagent à: - Respecter les espaces naturels traversés et les propriétés privées ouvertes, dans le cadre de la manifestation. -Veiller à ne laisser aucun déchet derrière eux.
Rappel concernant la traversée de la carrière: Il est STRICTEMENT interdit de sortir du chemin balisé pour des raisons évidentes de sécurité.
Article 12 : Cette manifestation ne fait l’objet d’aucun classement.

- texteL’atelier est situé au cœur de Nimes, au 84 avenue Kennedy. Bike Vélo Test, entreprise spécialisée dans l’offre pour les cyclistes exigeants, est le résultat de la réflexion de Stéphane Cognet, cycliste de haut niveau, coach sportif diplômé d’état et passionné de matériel. Pour nous, la pratique du cyclisme est l’ensemble de plusieurs points : Un vélo à la carte en fonction de l’attente et du désir du client Un suivi d’entrainement personnalisé Des séances d’entrainement avec son coach Des stages de perfectionnement, d’entrainement en relation avec son niveau et ses attentes. Pour ce faire, au sein de l’atelier, après un échange et une longue discussion avec notre spécialiste, nous concevrons un montage spécifique à l’aide de différents composants. Nous proposons en plus de cela, des produits et des services de qualités.
